THM acts as a service connecting buyers and creators (see the Terms of Use). THM cannot be held liable for content published by creators, nor for transactions concluded directly between buyers and creators outside the Site.
Governing Law
These legal notices are governed by the law applicable in French Polynesia. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts of Papeete shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
